The ASOCIACI\u00d3N GREEN PLANET CANNABIS CLUB BARCELONA is a\u00a0<\/strong>not-for-profit association<\/span><\/strong> for cannabis users,<\/strong> which is governed by the following RULES<\/strong><\/span>:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    • Consumption or transport of medicinal cannabis <\/strong><\/span>in public spaces, and particularly where minors might be affected, is not allowed.<\/li>
    • Being a pro-legalisation<\/strong> association does not mean promotion<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>
    • You cannot\u00a0<\/strong>transfer the product taken <\/strong><\/span>from the association, or part of the same, to third parties.<\/li>
    • It cannot be\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>sold <\/strong><\/span>and it cannot be<\/span><\/strong> given away<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>as both would be crimes\u00a0<\/strong>(As you have no license to do that).<\/li>
    • It is obligatory <\/strong>to present your\u00a0Membership Card<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0and\/or your Identity Document<\/span>.<\/strong><\/li>
    • If your membership card is lost<\/strong>, you will be charged a f<\/strong>ee<\/strong> of <\/strong><\/span>\u20ac 10<\/span>.<\/strong><\/li>
    • Taking <\/strong>photographs <\/span><\/strong>and\/or<\/span> videos <\/span><\/strong>on the<\/span> premises<\/span><\/strong>is prohibited <\/strong><\/span>(OPTIONAL).<\/li>
    • The\u00a0consumption of our medicinal cannabis<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0is restricted to the member\u2019s area <\/strong>in the club.<\/li>
    • Please, do not make a noise <\/strong>in the immediate vicinity of the club.<\/li>
    • Pets<\/strong> and <\/strong>bicycles <\/strong><\/span>are not allowed to be brought onto the premises<\/strong>.<\/li>
    • Members<\/strong> must\u00a0keep the premises in a good state<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

      SERIOUS OFFENCES<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
        • Transferring your membership card.<\/strong>\u00a0It is\u00a0personal <\/strong><\/span>and\u00a0non-transferable<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>
        • Failing to state the truth <\/strong>in the\u00a0registration of personal details<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>
        • In any circumstances, a definitive conviction <\/strong>for drug trafficking<\/strong><\/span> will be a reason for expulsion<\/strong>.<\/li>
        • Not complying with the recommendations <\/strong>made by the Association regarding health and safety<\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>
        • Not informing us of having been <\/strong>formally charged with an offence under Art. 368 of the Penal Code<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>
        • Not informing us of having been penalised <\/strong>under\u00a0Articles 25.1 and 27.1 of Organic Law 1\/1992<\/strong><\/span> on the Protection of Public Safety<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
